ReplyDeleteI'm confused.. I tried to look through the section to help me, but I have no idea what to do to try and figure out if QRST is a rectangle on #2..
ReplyDelete^ Do I have to figure out if opposite sides are parallel AND figure out if consecutive sides are perpendicular?
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOSH.. I FEEL SO STUPID.. I did 1-15 Odd on only 6-7! Now I have to go back and do it on pg 399..
ReplyDeleteI'm confused.. I feel like this would be wrong because it's radicals, not multiplication.. (Instead of doing 1-15 odd of course I began to do all of them by accident.. So I got to 8 and realized it and then just skipped to 14..) So on #14, I've got radical 18 over radical 9.. And I'm not sure if I can simplify that to 2 or not..

ReplyDeleteFor #4, I don't understand what the student's error is... I found the slopes of GE and DF (-1 and 1) and obviously those multiplied together equals -1.. Doesn't that mean they are perpendicular and that the figure is a rhombus..???
