Do we have to know the names of the Theorems & Postulates for the Quiz/Test? Like the ones that are numbered? And also for things like "Corresponding Angles" will we have to know whether it is a theorem or postulate?
Postulate 3-1, the same-side interior angles POSTULATE is the springboard for ALL of the theorems that follow. Without accepting and stating this obvious "fact" it would not be possible to "prove" the theorems that follow.
You do NOT have to know the postulates and theorems by number. You WILL have to answer questions like #5-14 on pg 181 given a similar diagram... does that help??
Mid-Chapter Quiz went by easily (FOR THE FIRST TIME!!) Woop-de-doo! I will watch some video tutors tomorrow, so no questions. :-)
ReplyDeleteIf there's no math to do, stop by at the Colonial Challenge for a golf lesson... I'll be there from 8-12!
ReplyDeleteMr Chamberlain...
ReplyDeleteWill there be flow proofs on the test?
No requirement for a flow proof on this week's quiz OR test.
